Data Protection Officer (DPO)<\/h2>\n<p>FIRALIS SAS has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO):<br><strong>Prof. Dr. H\u00fcseyin FIRAT<\/strong> \u2013 Data Protection Officer<br><a href=\"mailto:hueseyin.firat@firalis.com\">hueseyin.firat@firalis.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h2>3. Data processed and purposes<\/h2>\n<h3>Taking part in the ALZEVIT study<\/h3>\n<p>When you register on the secure inclusion.alzevit.com platform, and during the study, the following data are collected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>identification and contact data: last name, first name, date of birth, email address, phone number and kit delivery address;<\/li>\n<li>answers to the eligibility criteria, the health questionnaire and the socio-demographic questions;<\/li>\n<li>electronically signed consent form;<\/li>\n<li>genetic data resulting from the analysis of your saliva sample.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These data are used for scientific research purposes, as part of the ALZEVIT study. No data is used for commercial or advertising purposes. Processing is carried out in accordance with the CNIL reference methodology MR-001, with which FIRALIS has undertaken to comply.<\/p>\n<h3>Contact form<\/h3>\n<p>When you use the contact form on alzevit.com, your name, email address, phone number and message are sent to the ALZEVIT team in order to answer your request.<\/p>\n<h3>Browsing the websites<\/h3>\n<p>The website hosting providers process technical connection data (IP address, browser type) required for the websites to operate securely. The websites use no audience measurement tool and no advertising tracker. To find out more, see the <a href=\"\/en\/cookies\/\">Cookies<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Recipients of the data<\/h2>\n<p>Data can only be accessed by authorised FIRALIS staff, within the limits of their duties. FIRALIS uses technical service providers acting on its behalf: certified health data hosting (Microsoft Azure), electronic signature of the consent form (Yousign), email delivery (Resend) and hosting of the public website (IONOS).<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. Study duration and data retention<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The planned duration of Phase A of the ALZEVIT study is 18 months.<\/li>\n<li>The essential study documents are kept for at least 15 years after the end or termination of the study.<\/li>\n<li>Genetic data are kept for 15 years.<\/li>\n<li>Clinical data are pseudonymised and access to them is restricted to authorised persons, with appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure their confidentiality and security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6. Data hosting and transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Data entered online are hosted in France, on a secure infrastructure certified for health data hosting (HDS) \u2013 Microsoft Azure, France Central region \u2013 managed by FIRALIS. No transfer of study data outside the European Union is currently planned.<\/p>\n<p>The public website alzevit.com is hosted in the European Union (IONOS, Germany). Some fonts (Google Fonts) and images (Unsplash) are loaded from third-party servers, and the Contact page includes a Google Maps map: displaying them sends your IP address to these services, which may process it outside the European Union. No study data is involved.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7.
