These terms of use govern access to and use of the alzevit.com website and the inclusion.alzevit.com inclusion platform (together, “the website”), dedicated to the ALZEVIT clinical study. Using the website implies acceptance of these terms of use.

The website is published by FIRALIS SAS, sponsor of the ALZEVIT study. Its full details are given in the legal notice.

The website is available free of charge to any user with Internet access. FIRALIS endeavours to keep it available, without any guarantee, and may suspend access, in particular for maintenance.

The information published on the website is intended to present the ALZEVIT study. It does not constitute medical advice or a diagnosis, and does not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional.

5. Taking part in the study

Taking part in the ALZEVIT study is voluntary. It is subject to eligibility criteria, to reading the information note and to electronically signing a consent form. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without having to give a reason.
